Refund Policy

We want you to be able to watch the film. If something goes wrong, we will make it right.

Full refunds

• If you have not yet pressed play, you can request a refund within 14 days of purchase.
• If a technical problem on our side stops you from watching and we cannot fix it, we will refund you in full.
• Accidental duplicate purchases are always refunded.

After you start watching

Once your viewing window has started, rentals are generally not refundable, except where required under the Australian Consumer Law.

How to request a refund

Email info@doubleshotstudios.com.au with the email address you used at checkout. Refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days. Your viewing link stops working once a refund is issued.
